This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our website visitors and service users; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data.
In this policy, "we", "us", "our" and “eco.income” refer to eco.income engineering GmbH. “you” and “user” refer to the end-user.
2.1 We process data about your use of our website ("website usage data"). The usage data includes your partial IP address (the last digits are hidden), approximate geographical location, technical information about your browser and the used end device, operating system, referral source, time and length of visit, page views and website navigation paths. For this we use Google Analytics (for further information see section 6.2 below). This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analyzing the use of the website in order to improve these.
2.2 We process data you provide us with when registering for our newsletter ("newsletter data"). The enquiry data (just your email address) is used for the purpose of providing updates about any topic related to our services.
2.3 We process data contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding the API products ("enquiry data""). The enquiry data is processed for the purposes of providing our services and may be processed for improving our services. We provide downloads of information material on our website. To access them, you need to provide data about yourself (name, company, email) via a form. This information is stored in customer relationship management system or similar for the purpose of providing you with marketing material and offers about our products and services.
2.4 We process data contained in any application you submit to us regarding a job advertisement ("applicant’s data"). The applicant’s data is processed for the purposes of building up our startup team.
3.1 Website usage data (2.1) is processed and stored on Google servers. For further information see section 6.2 below.
3.3 Enquiry data (2.3) and applicant’s data (2.4) is stored on the Microsoft cloud in Germany. Provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Carmanhall and Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland.
3.4 All data is encrypted and communication transfer between parties is done via secure TLS channels.
3.5 In addition to the specific disclosure of personal data set out in this Section, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
